These Terms and Conditions apply to enquiries and catering bookings made with Shri Anand Caterers. Website content, menu lists, service areas and images are provided for information and lead generation. Final availability, pricing, item selection, staff requirement, transport, service setup and taxes are confirmed only after direct discussion on phone or WhatsApp. A booking is treated as confirmed only after the customer accepts the quotation and completes the agreed advance payment, if applicable. Menu items may be adjusted depending on ingredient availability, season, guest count and event timing, while keeping the agreed food standard in mind. Customers are requested to share accurate event date, venue, service area, guest count, serving time and access instructions. Any major change in guest count, address, menu or timing should be communicated as early as possible, because it may affect cost and preparation. Cancellation, refund or rescheduling terms depend on the event size, purchase stage and preparation already completed. Shri Anand Caterers aims to provide hygienic, fresh and timely catering, but delays caused by traffic, weather, venue restrictions, power issues or customer side changes will be handled with reasonable coordination. Food quantity is planned as per confirmed guest count and selected menu; extra demand beyond the confirmed count may be served only if stock and preparation permit. Customers are responsible for venue permissions, tables, electricity, water or space requirements unless these are included in the quotation. By submitting an enquiry or confirming an order, you agree to communicate respectfully and provide practical information needed for smooth service.
